Physical Therapy Team

Patricia Larbalestrier is a native of Saint Petersburg, Fla. She earned her degree in Physical Therapy from The Hogeschool Van Amsterdam in 1996. Patricia joined our practice with an extensive background in orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric rehabilitation. She has training in manual therapy, sports medicine rehab, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and geriatrics.

Physical Therapy Team

Kathryn Siroky was born in Maryland and moved to Florida as a child. Kathryn earned her degree from the University of South Florida before attending the Physical Therapist Assistant program at St. Petersburg College. She has spent several years working in inpatient rehab and acute care settings. Kathryn comes to us as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a Certified Senior Strength Trainer with a background in orthopedic, neurological and geriatric rehabilitation.

Matt has been with our practice since 2013. He graduated with honors from South University Tampa and is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a background in geriatrics and orthopedics. He has training in manual therapy and is certified in kinesio taping and in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
