The Exactech Vantage® Total Ankle was created by a team of engineers and global surgeon leaders who are passionate about getting patients back to what they love.

The Exactech Vantage Total Ankle was designed with the latest advances in total ankle research to mimic the patient’s anatomic ankle shape and support natural movement.

The base (tibia) of the implant has a curved shape (to fit around the fibula or outer ankle bone) to better match the patient’s anatomy, which is different from historical designs that used a more trapezoidal shape.

The talar dome’s wave-like shape was also designed to mimic the ankle’s true natural anatomy in an effort to restore the most natural ankle motion possible.

The other unique advantage of Exactech Vantage Total Ankle is the minimal amount of bone that is required to be resected, which keeps the door open for future treatment if necessary.
